Mark Mayoka is an esteemed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a rich and diverse background in business planning, boasting an impressive career spanning over 35 years.

Throughout his extensive career, Mark has played a pivotal role in facilitating numerous mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings (IPOs), harnessing his financial expertise to navigate intricate transactions to successful outcomes. His leadership extends to overseeing comprehensive international and domestic tax planning strategies, benefitting both corporations and high-net-worth individuals by optimizing tax efficiency.

Over the years, Mark has worked closely on critical aspects such as tax planning, fraud prevention, corporate governance, and strategic planning across a diverse spectrum of industries, ranging from the dynamic low-voltage sector to the intricate world of banking. Additionally, he has seamlessly transitioned into providing Chief Financial Officer (CFO) functions for both public and private firms, specializing in pre-IPO planning.

Mark Mayoka’s academic accomplishments include graduating Cum Laude from SUNY Albany, and obtaining a law degree from Pace Law School. Furthermore, he is the accomplished author of “Financial Crisis Planning for Small Businesses,” a testament to his expertise in financial planning and crisis management. His dedication and extensive experience continue to make a profound impact in the financial landscape, benefiting clients and industries across the board.

Mark has also served four years as a Huntington Town Councilman, is president of the Cold Spring Harbor Civic Association, NYSSCPA, the AICPA and founding member of NCCPAP.

Brittany Mayoka is a dedicated and seasoned tax professional, who provides exceptional support to her clients. With over a decade of experience in delivering premium tax and business consulting services to middle-market enterprises and their proprietors, her client portfolio encompasses a diverse range of sectors, including professional services, property management, retail, high-net-worth individuals, financial services, not-for-profit organizations, and estate tax planning. Her dedication to providing exceptional support is the cornerstone of her professional ethos.

Brittany earned a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Hofstra University, an AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accredited school, and Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accounting from Hofstra as well.

She has been successful in building and maintaining close relationships with her clients by demonstrating a vested interest in their business, allowing her to provide services beyond the scope of the traditional CPA and function as a trusted business advisor.

She began her career as a tax consultant at True Partners Consulting, which has since merged with Baker Tilly, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in the field of taxation. Later, she decided to bring her expertise to Mazars USA, further expanding her knowledge and professional network.

Beyond her role as a tax professional, Brittany is an active advocate for women in finance and a mentor to aspiring young professionals. She believes in giving back to her community and volunteers her time to provide financial literacy education to underserved individuals.

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York, Brittany is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and Financial Women’s Association (FWA). She is also treasurer of the Cold Spring Harbor Civic Committee.
